What is WYAG?

WYAG is a service that is provided to homeowners that takes care of their property while they are away. It can be a daily, weekly, or monthly service.

Can I do something as simple as just needing 1 service?

Yes! Examples are: walking a dog, picking up mail, changing an air filter.

Why would I pick a tier plan?

Tier plans are designed for homeowners that are gone 6-12 months a year.

Can I create my own tier plan?

Yes! We understand that every family’s needs are unique. You can pick and choose services based on your individual needs.

How does grocery pick up service work when I return home?

Send us a text or email stating that you would like for us to pick up your groceries. A 48 hour advanced notice is required. Pick up and delivery times will be arranged. Once a scheduled time has been assigned the customer will place their order, the order will then be picked up by a WYAG staff member, and items will be placed in the refrigerator, etc.

Why would I join as a member for pet care?

A monthly pet care fee is for people that need pet care more than 3 weeks a year.
(Each week that a member is gone they save $100 a week.)

How far ahead should I book pet care?

To guarantee service book your pet service out as far as possible.

Are we available to walk your dog or check on your pets daily?

Yes, based upon availability.

Can I just have mail and packages picked up while I am gone?

Yes, absolutely!
